| Ymir Twenty Million Miles to Earth |
Just another one of the marvelous creatures that Ray Harryhausen created during
his time of creativity and design. This was a production which came out of Italy,
maybe the reason I like it so much.
In this story, we have a creature that came from another world, landed in some kind
of tiny capsule and grew to mammoth proportions in a little amount of time. Ah
Hollywood, ah worse, Italy...they can do anything they please and get away with it.
I had a wonderful time creating this diorama and maybe someday I'll create a story
for this model. But I have my doubts. I to think of him just the way he is, that'sa
Italian. Now enjoy the pictures I took and the collage I created in Photoshop of Ymir
and the elephant.
PS: I had to recreate this page because it got lost somewhere in the reshuffle of the
entire site. I'm sure once I learn Flash some I'll add some do dads to jazz up this
page some more, for now it is what it is and that's what it is.
