Sadly too.  I must say,
"The Creech and I couldn't find the time to devote our talents of
creating and new and super duper comic for this months issue.
First things first and this past month was devoted to writing my story.
But I promise we'll be back again next month with more madcap
adventure of the Creech and his fond taste for what else?

Why Cow of course.

Until ... Keep on "Mooing!"

Monster Model Review  #116   The Great Race of Yith
I've decided to promote one of the coolest things on the web today.
Well at least for we modelers it is.
I'm sure allot of you here either have been there or might even have
been show cased with you and your work in a video.

It's a
UTube program now showing its 116 flick this month.
I'm happy to say this is not a paid advertising but simply a telling of a
really fun and informative place to go on the web.
Why not give it a whirl.
Your host is
Rob Madison, he's bright, exuberant
and does a great job of telling other about our modeling work.
Monster Model Review
Hi, I am Patricia Schulze often called, Pat, Pattie, Peppermint Pattie, Schulzee and by
my students, Mrs. Schulze.

After getting married and having my daughter, I decided to go back to college at night
for my teaching degree and then on to a masters. My God given talents have been a
great asset to my career but I am looking forward in the near future to retiring and
dedicating my time to watercolors and writing. I hope to finally fulfill my dream of taking
courses at the Art Students League and working on my children's book.
When I am asked the question, "How would you describe yourself?" I am quick to
answer- I am a teacher by profession, but I am an artist, photographer and a writer.

I love photography and have reluctantly made the transition from film to digital.
However, I am a "purest" at heart and do not "doctor" up  my photographs by using the
latest programs. Though I enjoy photography it is only an inspiration for my first love,
watercolor painting and writing.

My watercolors have been exhibited in two art shows featuring teacher's paintings. I
hope in stepping out of my comfort zone and getting my work in this newsletter that I
can get a little braver and take them out into the world. Hiding my work in a portfolio
under the bed or stacked in closets is safe but won't let them fulfill their purpose. I hope
in letting them be shown here they will comfort, encourage, inspire and challenge those
of you who read this letter.
Check out her work here.
I Me Sinner.
I've been working on this book for over a year now,
giving you peaks into the art and the tale that would be
told.  But now, I'm dug deep into the writing itself.  And
thought it be fun to let you wet your appetite on Chapter
1,
"A babe asleep comes beast from deep."
Our book starts where it should, at the beginning of the
main characters life.  He, well me, is only a baby when
he was first sought out by the demons of Hell.  There are
angels and demons and all sorts of fowl creatures
throughout the book.  There are fearful dreams and
fantasies of flight and fancy.  Why not
check it out and see.
I'd like to introduce you to the editor for my book. She's a wonderful
lady who works with me at the Home Depot. Her name is Alyce, and
she's really a joy to work with.  She's been a wonder to work with, and
I'm delighted to call her my friend and my colleague.  I'm sure the rest
ofour collaboration will be fruitful and rewarding, in every right.  Now
here's some words from Alyce:
Alyce Townsend Kay has been a professional
copy editor and proofreader for over 25 years,
covering texts varying from legal documents to
psychology graduate students' papers to an
English translation of a book of crochet
patterns originally published in Italian.  Her
experience as a denizen of the night (working
the graveyard shift for several years) as well as
her involvement with the art therapy community
make this an especially attractive project.

Ms. Kay resides with her husband, two children
and two cats in Queens, New York.

I'm sorry.
Sadly I must say,
"I just come up with the time for model making this month."

I did manage to purchase two new models.
1. The bat and base from the Fright Night flick, from Geometric Design.
There I plan on expanding it cool staircase diorama, including a rear wall
with pictures on it and more of the staircase.  I might even put a zombie,
no not Rob Zombie silly, or something else appropriate for that scene.

I also bought the Jeepers Creeper bust and base from Geo.
That I've been thinking of cool color schemes that would really take off on
that creature.  Even though it really was a really bad flick, I put it in the
category of B rated schlock flicks of enjoyment.
I look forward into digging into that one too next month coming.
